The Relationship of Client Violence and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder among Mental Health Social Worker - Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Social Support and Job Stress

Abstract
This study was to identify the mediating effects of social support and job stress on the relationship between clint violence and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) among mental health social worker. The data were collected from 257 mental health social worker and analyzed by using structural equation model. The research findings were as follows: First, clint violence had on significant relationship to the PTSD of mental health social worker. Second, social support and job stress worked as partial mediators between the clint violence and PTSD among mental health social worker. The implications and limitations of these findings were discussed and directions for future studies were also proposed.
